Arizona Title was established in 1996 and has also experienced tremendous success and expansion. In September 2007 Arizona Title Agency merged with two of its Mercury "sister" companies; Title Guaranty Agency (TGA) and American Heritage Title Agency. The "new" Arizona Title offers a much broader array of products and services including "Title Vault"; an innovative, online Transaction Management System with client access. Through this merger we are now a member of the Heritage Companies family of Mercury Subsidiaries. We have branch offices conveniently placed throughout Maricopa and Pima Counties. These offices are staffed and managed by knowledgeable escrow professionals. Our branch managers average 20 years experience. Title operations at Arizona Title offer an equal degree of expertise. At our corporate level, the company is managed by industry veterans. Danny sullivan is Arizona Title's President.
